Usage and features
This series cutting machine is mainly used for cut the waste rags,yarn,clothes,fabric,textile and chemical fiber ect.This equipment with high efficiency and easy maintenance.
Rotating hob type is used continuously rotating drum cutting wheel, according to a certain position and slope direction, the direction of the blade is the direction of the rotating knife plate rotation, with a plate fixed straight blade, cooperation between two kinds of cutting tools is very compact, more continuous rotation piece of rotating knife, from the raw material feeding system sent automatically compress and cut off, then through the conveyor belt conveying the shear system automatically.
In material feeding system, it USES a different length, parallel uniform conveyor belt, into the edge of the front two of relative rotation of the sliding pressure control type roller clamping material and the normal production, can easily put the material continuous flat on the conveyor belt, automatic uniform into compaction device and cutting tool complete shear, material along the direction of the export in output after shear belt is sent out.
