Product Description

Application

1.After carding, fiber net is sent to double-belts cross lapper through the non-skid curtain, it will be layered on the down-side curtain, then sent to next equipment by adjustable moving curtain.
2.Convert the fiber sheet to the overlapped form. With the ability to adjust the thickness, weight and evenness of end product. It's used for the productions of needle punching, thermal bonding, spunlace, etc.
Thermal bonding production line is applicable for producing a variety of products like mattress, wadding, insulation material, thick felt and etc. Some low melt fiber like PET or PP are mixed as binder.
