Rollers for openers and cleaners in textile waste recycling machines
The rollers of the opener and the cleaner on the recycling equipment are of three different models: GM600, GM400, and GM250, which are divided into wooden sticks and iron rollers (selected according to customer needs). GM600 is usually used on the opener, and is mainly used for the opening and reprocessing of various chemical fibers, wool spinning, textile waste yarn, waste clothing, non-woven fabrics, etc.
The cleaner is mainly used in conjunction with the opener to form a complete recycling production line. It can also be used alone and is widely used in the processing and reuse of various textile materials. There are two specifications of GM250/GM400. The GM250 cleaner can be replaced with the GM400 cleaner according to the needs of raw materials, and the opener can also be replaced with other models.
According to the requirements of the materials to be processed, different models of openers can be used with bullet cleaners to achieve the recycling effect, and can also be customized according to customer requirements.
